Lukas Naab

Business Development
Lukas is an enthusiastic founder and our expert for "Digital Health" and the health industry. His focus is on the analysis of processes and how digitalization can help people to make their work easier. By nature a humanities graduate with a medical background, Lukas worked for a long time at university and as a teacher. His most important task was to inspire people every day anew with things they didn't know before. A role he now also performs for MINDS medical.
Matthias Bay
Matthias is our specialist for machine learning and the technical head of MINDS medical. He has about ten years of experience as software architect and developer and loves to solve complex problems. Before MINDS medical Matthias worked for DB Netz, where he gained broad experience in several large projects and became an expert for integration solutions. In addition, he completed his master's degree in computer science at Goethe University Frankfurt and focused on text technology and computer linguistics. Matthias never stops learning to improve our technology.
